Oh my...are you having trouble Kaidoh-kun? If you dislike your room mate this much I am sure they can give you another room - mine will be vacant by the end of the month if nothing else is free. But shouldn't you at least try to see if it really will be as bad as you think it will? Maybe you will enjoy yourself?
